Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By using or accessing the information service platform (“Platform”) through our applications (“Application”) or websites to receive services made available by Click4Delivery.

Welcome to Click4delivery. If you continue to browse and use our app/website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the relationship with you in relation to this app/website and the Services.

1) In these Terms, the words “you” or “your” refer to all individuals and other persons who access or use the Platform, including, without limitation, any organizations that enroll or otherwise access or use the Platform through their respective representatives or employees.
2) During order registration, you are obligated to provide your personal information.
3) You acknowledge that the Services or Platform may be restricted/limited based on your resident jurisdiction because of age, in such cases, you must abide by the age limits and not use the Services or the Platform.

The Services

The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users of Click4Delivery mobile applications provided as part of the Services (each, an “Application”) to arrange and schedule delivery of items/products and/or logistics services with independent third-party providers of such services, including independent third party courier service providers under agreement with Click4delivery.

License

1) Access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services.
2) Access and use any content, information, and related materials that may be made available through the Services.

Third-Party Interactions

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring their security.

User Accounts

1) While using or accessing the Platform, you may enter into correspondence or transactions with third-party service providers, advertisers or sponsors who display or offer their goods and/or services through the Platform. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third-party.
2) You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and using our services.

No Guarantee of Delivery Timelines:

While Click4Delivery strives to provide timely and efficient delivery services, we do not guarantee delivery timelines, and any estimated delivery times are subject to change based on various factors.

Delivery Guidelines :
Parcel Inspection Before Delivery

Our delivery team might open your parcel only if they're not sure about something. Otherwise, they'll leave it as it is.

Delivery Area Limit

We're all set to provide deliveries within a 5-kilometer radius. Just check if your address is in this range before you place your order.

Delivering Only in Bharuch

Our delivery services are currently available exclusively within the boundaries of Bharuch city. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers located outside this area.

Owner's Responsibility for Precious Items

If you don't take care of your things, the responsibility for their condition doesn't fall on our delivery team. It's important for you to handle your items carefully before we pick them up. This way, we can work together to ensure your items arrive safely.

Payments:
Online Payment

Click4Delivery offers you the facility to make payments online like credit card, debit card, QR Codes, etc. Click4Delivery shall not be responsible for any issue from payments via credit cards.

A Receipt is issued to you when the payment is successful.

Using Click4Delivery Rider :

To become a Click4 Delivery rider, you'll need to provide a few documents, including your driving license, PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate, Aadhar card, and RC book (Registration Certificate).

These documents ensure that you meet the necessary requirements for safe and legal riding.
